Skiathos is arguably one of the prettiest islands on the planet. Located in the North Sporades (meaning "the scattered ones" ) it boasts over 60 glorious beaches with crystal clear waters and shimmering sand that reflects the light as though it were laced with precious jewels.
Skiathos Town offers plenty of choice in both shopping and entertainment. It's maze of back streets take you back to a world of nostalgia and adventure.
Getting lost is easy but finding a hidden gem is easier still.
The Old Port House Bar was created in 2004 and began trading in 2005. The old building was lovingly restored and takes pride of place on one of the most beautiful cobbled streets in Skiathos Town. Nikotsara Street is home to bars and tavernas and just a stones throw from the old port.
